"Diversionary Targets"
This action is called Diversionary Targets. We will meet at noon in Grange Park, where I will provide target hats. Hats which from the point of view of a low-flying Stealth bomber, will be seen to have targets on their crowns. We will begin by forming a target / clock circle for a few minutes in the spirit of the 4 cardinals event, and then we will disperse throughout the city for the day. At 8:50 we will return to our beginning positions, until conclusion at 9:00pm. This action is in solidarity with involuntary targets everywhere.
I teach performance art at the Ontario College of Art and Design in Toronto, Canada. Both students and colleagues will participate in the action.
Esta acción se llama Blancos Cambiantes. Nos encontraremos al mediodía en Grange Park, donde entregaré sombreros con blancos. Sombreros, que desde el punto de vista de un bombardero Stealth de baja altura, serán vistos como teniendo blancos en su corona. Comenzaremos por formar un blanco/círculo de reloj por unos pocos minutos, en el espíritu del evento 4 cardinales, y luego nos dispersaremos a través de la ciudad durante el día. A las 8:50 nos reuniremos en nuestras posiciones iniciales, hasta la conclusión a las 9:00.
